Is it free to join as a curator?
Yes, joining and using PlaylistDock is free for curators right now, no fees. You can optionally turn on a Follow Gate to ask submitting artists to follow you back on Spotify, but it is never required.
Do I have to accept every submission?
No. You review every submission in your dashboard and decide what fits your playlist.
What is the Follow Gate?
An optional setting on each of your playlists that asks submitting artists to follow you, follow a playlist, or save a track on Spotify with one click before they submit. It is entirely your choice to turn on, it never blocks a submission if an artist skips it, and you can change or remove it any time from My Playlists.
What if I do not get many submissions right away?
